納斯達克上市公司 Oblong 募資 750 萬美元並啟動數字資產戰略

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Businesswire 報導，納斯達克上市的IT解決方案技術服務提供商 Oblong, Inc. 宣布已與機構投資方簽署一項證券購買協議，Dawson James Securities 擔任此次發行的配售代理，通過以每股 3.77 美元的價格私募發行 1,989,392 股普通股募資約 750 萬美元，據悉本次發行募資淨收益將用於推出以 Layer 1 區塊鏈 Bittensor 為中心的人工智能和數字資產戰略。
