ChainCatcher 消息，美国总统特朗普在其社交媒体平台“真实社交”上发文称，“洛杉矶警察局局长吉姆·麦克唐纳刚刚表示，抗议者变得越来越激进，他将‘不得不重新评估局势’，以决定是否派遣（美国国民警卫队）部队。他现在就应该采取行动！不要让这些暴徒得逞。”
特朗普还表示，“洛杉矶的情况非常糟糕！派军队进来！”、“立即逮捕戴口罩的人！”
