ChainCatcher 消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）在一起加密诈骗案件中赢得了 110 万美元的法院胜诉，该案被告未对指控作出回应。乔治亚州联邦法院法官对该案作出缺席判决，支持 SEC 针对 Keith Crews 的诉讼。SEC 于 2023 年 8 月起诉 Crews，指控其参与加密货币欺诈，但 Crews 未对此作出回应或进行辩护。法官 Tiffany Johnson 裁定 Crews 需支付超过 110 万美元的财务罚款，其中包括因其涉嫌不当行为而获得的 53 万美元净利润的返还、近 5.1 万美元的判决前利息，以及 53 万美元的民事罚款。此外，法官还裁定 Crews 永久禁止再次违反证券法。
