ChainCatcher 消息，澳大利亞金融情報機構 AUSTRAC 宣布對加密貨幣 ATM 實施新規：每筆現金交易限額 5000 澳元，並要求運營商加強反洗錢監控、張貼詐騙警示及執行更嚴格的客戶審查。該舉措旨在應對日益猖獗的詐騙行為。警方稱，2024 年至 2025 年間，相關詐騙案損失超 310 萬澳元，且受害者多為 60-70 歲群體。澳大利亞現有近 1820 台加密 ATM，為全球第三大市場。
