ChainCatcher 消息，据 The block 報導，REX Shares 和 Osprey Funds 向美國證券交易委員會 (SEC) 提交申請，計劃推出以太坊和 Solana 質押型 ETF。新的 ETH 和 SOL 基金將"至少 80% 的淨資產投資於各自的參考資產"，即 ETH 和 SOL。每隻基金還將"至少 50% 的持倉"投資於這些加密貨幣。這些基金將以"普通 C 公司"的身份運營，以應對美國聯邦所得稅，而非像現貨比特幣和以太坊 ETF 那樣以"受監管的投資公司"的身份運營。
