Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Chairman of MGX and also serves as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, National Security Advisor to the United Arab Emirates, and Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council. In addition to this, he is Chairman of ADIA, ADQ, IHC, FAB and G42, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs (SCFE), which is responsible for the pragmatic oversight of Abu Dhabi's governmental, fiscal, economic and investment policies.

Ahmed Yahia Al Idrissi
Ahmed Yahia Al Idrissi is the CEO & Board Member at MGX. He was previously CEO of Direct Investments at Mubadala. Prior to his roles at Mubadala and MGX, Mr. Yahia was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the Principal Investor practice and was also the Managing Partner of the Abu Dhabi practice. He was formerly a Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble, where he led several flagship brands. Mr. Yahia serves as the Chairman of the board of directors of GlobalFoundries and CESPA and is a member of the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Investment Council, Mubadala Capital, and Emirates Global Aluminium. Previously, he served as a board member of AMD from 2012 to 2019. Mr. Yahia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from École Centrale Paris and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Product Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Khaldoon Al Mubarak
Khaldoon Al Mubarak is Vice Chairman of MGX and Managing Director and Group CEO of Mubadala, a $302 billion innovative, disruptive sovereign investment company with assets in over 50 countries and six international offices. Khaldoon is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of a number of key companies including Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates Global Aluminum Company and Emirates Nuclear Energy Company. In addition to his business responsibilities, Khaldoon is Chairman of the Administrative Affairs Bureau, a specialized government agency responsible for providing strategic policy advice to Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. Khaldoon was instrumental in the founding of New York University in Abu Dhabi and serves as a member of the NYU Board of Trustees. He holds degrees in economics and finance from Tufts University, Boston, United States.

Jassem Mohammed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi
Jassem Mohammed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi is a member of the Board of Directors of MGX and a member of the Executive Committee, as well as Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance. He is also Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Supreme Council for Finance and Economic Affairs, a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Secretary General of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council and Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Modon Holding PJSC and e& PJSC (Etisalat). In addition, he is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the UAE and Abu Dhabi Holding Company (ADQ), and serves on the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and the Tawazun Economic Council. Al Zaabi holds an MBA from the London Business School.

Peng Xiao is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of MGX and serves as CEO of G42 Group. He is responsible for developing the group's business and product strategy, overseeing operating companies in a variety of industries, including smart cities, healthcare, energy, finance, and education. He was previously Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at MicroStrategy. Prior to that, Peng Xiao spent a decade in the enterprise software industry, managing over 1,000 engineers and leading the development of an entire portfolio of products including business intelligence, secure identity, and mobile commerce.
