Mike Kuehnel is the Chief Executive Officer of Flow Traders. Prior to joining Flow Traders, Mike held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company, bringing more than 20 years of investment banking and strategy consulting experience in global financial services and financial market infrastructure. Mike holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in banking and finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany.

Ross Stevens is the Founder and Executive Chairman at NYDIG, a leading provider of institutional investment and technology solutions for Bitcoin. He founded NYDIG in 2017 and currently serves as its Executive Chairman. In 2012, he founded Stone Ridge, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Ross began his career at Goldman Sachs after receiving his PhD in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago (Booth) and his BSE in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton). He is also the Advisory Board Chairman of the Stevens Center for Innovation in Finance at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), which he founded.
