OutDID is an end-to-end private ID verification solution that leverages Zero Knowledge Proofs. It provides a secure and private ID verification tool, reducing data liabilities for online apps and services, while giving their users peace of mind knowing that their personal information is secure. OutDID solves the privacy vs verifiability dilemma by using Zero Knowledge Proofs to verify original government-issued documents without involving intermediaries who would verify and issue attestations. WalletConnect is an open protocol that securely communicates between wallets and Dapps (Web3 Apps). A bridge server is used to relay payloads, which are encrypted with a shared key between the two peers. The connection is initiated by one peer displaying a QR Code or deep link with a standard WalletConnect URI and is established when the counter-party approves the connection request. An optional Push server can also be used to allow native applications to notify the user of incoming payloads for established connections.
