Wayne received a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Group from National Taiwan University, and a BS and an MS in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.

Jack Lee is the founder of HCM Capital. He established HCM in 2014 as a subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group, and then started investment business as the managing partner of HCM Capital in 2015. He serves as a board member and strategic advisor to Abra, Galaxy Digital, Cambridge Blockchain, Figure, and FnConn.
