Felix is Investment Partner at Greenfield. He joined the firm on day one as Head of Research. Felix has led many of Greenfield’s research efforts, most notably the paper on the state of blockchain governance. Before joining Greenfield, he was an independent researcher in the space and investment manager at Axel Springer Plug & Play. Felix holds a double degree, Master of Science from WU Wien and Master of International Business from Queen’s University.

Sebastian Blum
Sebastian Blum is a co-founder and partner at Greenfield. Prior to founding Greenfield, he was VP of Business Development at Dedrone, an airspace security company, and VP of Business Development at Cooliris, an early-stage photo-sharing app that was acquired by Yahoo! In 2014, Sebastian reflected on 15 years of venture capital experience, including serving as U.S. Managing Director of T-Venture, the $1 billion corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom, and as a Partner at Active Venture Partners. Sebastian holds an MBA from NIMBAS, Bradford Graduate School of Management.
Markus Hujara
Markus Hujara is vice president of marketing and communications at Greenfield Capital and co-founder of XDC Network. He is a graduate of Eberhard Karstibingen University and San Francisco State University.
Jascha Samadi
Jascha Samadi is a co-founder and partner at Greenfield. Prior to founding Greenfield, he helped co-found Flux, a cross-chain prophecy machine protocol, in 2017. Prior to Flux, Jascha was the CEO and co-founder of apprupt, a mobile advertising platform, which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014.

Alanah Jones is Senior Manager on the Finance and Operations team. She has over six years of experience within the financial services and alternative investment industry. Her diverse expertise includes fund management, investor relations, and financial statement preparation and reporting. She graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Andrzej Dzius
Andrzej Dzius is Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Greenfield, responsible for driving the strategic use of technology to support Greenfield objectives. Andrzej is entrepreneurial-spirited technologist with 15+ years of executive-level experience. Prior to Greenfield, he was CTO of apprupt, which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014, CTO of AdColony acquired by Digital Turbine in 2021. Andrzej has been an active supporter of crypto teams since 2017 and is now dedicating his career full-time to crypto. Andrzej holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication from the Technical University of Gdansk.
