Aya Kantorovich is Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Fractal 安and formerly Head of Institutional Coverage at FalconX. She has spent the last few years scaling FinTech companies and currently drives Strategy and Business Operations at FalconX, an institutional digital asset brokerage backed by Accel Partners, Flybridge Capital and Lightspeed Ventures. Previously, Aya worked at Pantera Capital, the first cryptocurrency fund in the United States, founded in 2013, directly supporting Dan Morehead, CEO as well as Bill Healy, Pantera’s President. Aya has worked intimately with over 60 portfolio companies prior to joining FalconX to expand adoption in the ecosystem. Prior to Pantera Capital, Aya was an Investment Manager at Tegus, a buy-side investor research startup focused on TMT investments, joining as the team’s first-hire and scaling offices in both San Francisco and Chicago. Aya graduated with a double major in International Affairs and Finance from the George Washington University.

Katie Biber
Katie Biber is the Chief Legal Officer at Paradigm, leading the firm's legal, regulatory, compliance and policy functions. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer of Brex, a fintech startup reimagining financial systems for growing companies. Before Brex, Katie was General Counsel of Anchorage, a digital asset bank and platform, and she has also held leadership roles as General Counsel of Thumbtack and Senior Counsel at Airbnb. Additionally, Katie serves on the boards of directors of Anchorage, Code for America and Protocol Labs. She is a veteran of political campaigns, having served as General Counsel to Romney for President in 2012. Katie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from George Washington University.

Julian Leitloff
Julian Leitloff began his career in the Frankfurt branch of Deutsche Bank just five days before the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008. He then returned to academia and completed his graduate studies at Zeppelin University. Shortly thereafter, at the age of 22, he co-founded his first company, Stilnest, which achieved business worth millions of dollars with customers from over 60 countries. In 2016, he was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Europe. In 2017, he co-founded the Fractal blockchain platform with Júlio Santos.

She served as Honorary Consul of Germany to North Carolina from 2014 to 2021 and holds a law degree from George Washington University.

Lynn Nguyen
Lynn Nguyen is the Senior VP of Operations at Cube Group, Inc., an upcoming and innovative hybrid digital asset exchange. With deep industry knowledge, Lynn oversees operational functions and brings extensive expertise to the company. Lynn's early involvement in the crypto industry began as an early employee at FalconX, contributing to building its infrastructure. With a notable valuation of $4 billion in 2022, FalconX achieved remarkable success. Lynn's experience also includes serving as Head of Settlements at FTX US, where they played a key role in developing efficient solutions and nurturing strategic relationships.
